Terms of Service

By using cinelock.xyz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Cinelock delivers movie-quote wallpapers to your iPhone lock screen, refreshed daily through an iOS Shortcut you configure. Wallpapers are generated automatically and rotate based on an anonymous device identifier.

2. Purchases & access

Paid access to Classic Dialogues is a one-time purchase of US$4.99 that unlocks lifetime access for the device/identifier used at purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
If you clear your browser storage or switch devices, you can restore access using the payment ID from your receipt.

3. Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact support@cinelock.xyz within 7 days and we will work with you in good faith.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent the paywall, share or resell access tokens, scrape, or overload the Service.
Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Movie quotes are short factual phrases used for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The Cinelock name, design, and generated wallpaper artwork are owned by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use generated wallpapers on your own devices.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the daily Shortcut will always run as expected on your device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
