Cinelock ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we handle when you use cinelock.xyz and our lock-screen wallpaper service.

1. Information we collect

Anonymous device identifier ("seed"). When you first visit, your browser generates a random identifier stored locally on your device. It is not linked to your name, email, or any personal account. We use it only to give you a consistent daily wallpaper rotation.
Payment information. Purchases are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. We retain only a payment confirmation identifier to validate and restore your access.
Technical data. Our servers temporarily process your IP address to provide the service and prevent abuse (rate limiting). We do not build advertising profiles.

2. How we use information

To generate and deliver your daily wallpaper.
To process your one-time purchase and unlock paid access.
To protect the service against abuse and fraud.

3. Local storage

We use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to keep your device identifier and your access token so you don't have to pay again. Clearing your browser storage will reset these; you can restore paid access using your payment ID.

4. Third parties

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Cinelock:

Razorpay — payment processing (see Razorpay's privacy policy).
Vercel — hosting and content delivery.

We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention

Payment confirmation identifiers are retained as long as needed to provide lifetime access and meet legal/accounting obligations. Anonymous identifiers live in your browser and are removed when you clear your storage.

6. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal account data, requests are limited to payment records. To ask about or delete data tied to a payment, contact us with your payment ID.

7. Children

Cinelock is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
